Regional Mathematical Olympiad

 

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT REGIONAL MATHEMATICAL OLYMPIAD

Maharashtra and Goa region consists of the states of Maharashtra and Goa except Greater Mumbai region. Thus the students from Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai including Panvel should apply from Greater Mumbai region. The interested students from Greater Mumbai region should visit the website of Homi Bhabha Centre For Science Education, Mankhurd for more details. Website: http://olympiads.hbcse.tifr.res.in/subjects/mathematics

Procedure for student registration:
1. Please visit the website ( http://meta-secure.com/IAPTPRMO2017Live/home.htm ); and follow the link for “registration of PRMO”.
2. There you will find the student registration form in PDF format. Please print this form and fill it up.
3. On the above website you will find a list of Registration Centers for the entire country.
Alternatively; you can refer to the following lists of district-wise centers in Maharashtra and Goa region only:

4. Students should approach their nearest center, with their duly filled application form as well as the exam.For Std XI students: In case your college is yet to be confirmed; you can use your Std X school information in your application form.
Please note that Std XII students are not eligible for PRMO and RMO.
